Real Estate Investing:
A small part of JL Stone Inc is dedicated to the investment of real estate for resale or rentals units. We would be very interested in any information concerning a potential real estate investment such as a fixer-upper, multi family rental property, or if you considering selling your own home. We offer a generous finders fee of $500 dollars for any property that is referred to us and that we pass papers on, or $50 dollars for any referral that leads to an offer by us to the property owner. We also post the status of properties we are currently selling or renting, as well as pictures and brief descriptions of them on this web page so check in often.
